Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for UK customers, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items
Due to longer shipping times we have a 30-day return policy for US customers, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items
NO RETURNS ON PERSONALISED ITEMS UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTED
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at designs.tna@gmail.com with your order number and we will provide you with return instructions including the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges are subject to product availability, if you wish to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request email.
Return Shipping For US Customers
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked service for your return as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
All import taxes paid during delivery are non refundable, These fees are handled by your local customs office and not our store.
